B has lost a tooth.
Mom — Are you going to put that tooth under your pillow tonight, B?
B — Why?
Mom — So the Tooth Fairy can leave you something for it, remember?
B — Oh, okay!
R — You mean there’s a Tooth Fairy in Honduras, too?!
Mom — Sure.
R — Wow! I can’t wait to see what the Honduran Tooth Fairy leaves us!
The next morning, B wakes up to find “the Tooth Fairy” has visited him.
B — Mom, look! The Tooth Fairy came and left me some candy. See? 6 pieces. 3 for me, and 3 for my brother!
R — Yeah! Look! It’s the same candy the Tooth Fairy left us in Connecticut! Maybe the Honduran Tooth Fairy knows what we like, too.
